Holly Holy  (24" x 36") is a contemporary interpretation of the Nativity—capturing not just the moment, but the presence within it.

The composition centers on Mary, Joseph, and the Christ child, rendered with expressive intensity and layered movement. Rather than traditional stillness, the figures emerge through light, color, and gesture—revealing a moment that feels alive, intimate, and divinely charged.

This piece reflects a deeper intention in my work: to translate sacred themes into emotional experience. The brushwork is deliberately unrestrained yet controlled, allowing light to break through darkness and form to emerge from abstraction—symbolizing both humility and holiness.
